The REISSWOLF process –
compactor shredding in 6 steps
1. Individual analysis of requirements
Together, we assess the amount and type of materials you want to dispose of as well as the logistical requirements (access, number of containers, etc.).
This process is particularly suitable for one-off bulk requirements, regular file disposal or full archive resolutions.
2. Security containers with electronic locks are provided
You will receive sealed REISSWOLF security containers that can only be unlocked by our specialist vehicle – digitally controlled, traceable and tamper-proof.
3. Containers are emptied into the compactor on site
The containers are emptied into the compactor vehicle on your premises with no contact – no manual handling, no exposure, no temporary storage. Files are transferred directly into the secure compaction chamber, where they’re compressed under high pressure and are fully inaccessible until their final destruction.
4. GPS-monitored transport to the shredding facility
The loaded vehicle proceeds straight to the shredding facility. The entire transport route is monitored by GPS. The access data and vehicle conditions are automatically documented.
5. Automated destruction in a secure area
The compacted materials are emptied completely within the sealed high-security area.
The multi-stage destruction process comprises:
- Coarse shredding
- Turbulator for material disintegration
- Fine cutting
- Baling press
The entire area is monitored by video and secured by personnel.
6. Shredding certificate & recycling
You receive a legally valid destruction certificate confirming DSG‑compliant processing without interim storage. The material is then channelled into paper recycling in cooperation with the Paprec Group’s affiliated recycling facilities.
